• Changsha Shengan Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., established in 2002, is a leading manufacturing enterprise specializing in the customization of non-standard precision parts. We utilize the most advanced equipment, including CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, laser cutting machines, grinding machines and so on. Our company has achieved ISO9001:2015 certification to ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability. The precision components we manufacture are widely used in various industries, including medical devices, automotive, drones, rail transportation, petroleum equipment, automation, robotics, and aerospace. The materials we work with primarily include aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, stainless steel, alloy steel, polyethylene, high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, magnesium-aluminum alloys and so on.

• Currently, we own a modern factory spanning over 5,000 square meters, equipped with 55 imported CNC machines. These include 5-axis, 4-axis, and 3-axis CNC machining centers, turning-milling machines, wire-cutting machines, and other processing equipment. Our CNC production equipment mainly comes from renowned brands such as BROTHER, MAZAK, and FANUC from Japan, as well as HAAS from the United States. We also have 18 major inspection devices, including coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical comparators, spectrometers, and projectors. Our inspection equipment primarily comes from Mitutoyo of Japan and Hexagon of Sweden, ensuring that we can achieve minimal tolerances of 0.003-0.005 millimeters.

• Additionally, we have acquired a piece of industrial land in the Hunan Free Trade Zone near Changsha Huanghua International Airport to develop an aerospace components industrial park. The total planned construction area is 30,000 square meters. The project is currently in the approval phase, with construction scheduled to begin in December 2025 and expected to be operational by the end of 2026. Once completed, the facility will be primarily used for the manufacturing and processing of precision components, as well as the development and application of carbon fiber composite materials and their production.
